3 vegetarian meals are provided each day and are included in the lodging cost. You can request egg-free, dairy-free and gluten-free meals when you register. Sack lunches can be ordered a day ahead for your hike.
Meal times are 8-9 am, 1-2 pm, and 6-7 pm. Coffee is not provided, but allowed, so please bring your own.
